Palma Central, the first gastronomic park in Tulum, was designed as a family and public space. Initially named Tsuuk Tsuuk, which means "market" in Mayan, the park is located in Tulum's commercial area on a 4000 m² plot. The ephemeral structures occupy approximately 200 m², leaving large open areas for various purposes such as a play area, food court, and show space. The client's primary request was to reuse materials to create a "low cost" yet beautiful garden.

This park transforms a private space into a public one, capturing the essence of Tulum and serving as a meeting point for families from all nationalities. Designed by Paulina Villa Arquitectura, Palma Central highlights the potential for creative, multifunctional commercial premises while maintaining a strong connection to the local culture and environment.
