Casa Maracuyá is a villa located in Tulum, designed with 4 bedrooms—2 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor, the house is connected by exterior hallways. The villa spans 310 m² of construction on a 270 m² lot. The architectural concept centers around the idea of vacationing in a tropical, fresh, and Caribbean setting. Inspired by the exotic fruit passion fruit, the design incorporates a yellow “passion fruit tone” in the pigmented cement.
