IRIE Tulum is a condo hotel designed to cater to Tulum's emerging tourism market, attracting cosmopolitan individuals seeking a connection with nature without sacrificing modern comforts. Located on a 920 m² lot with a 1700 m² construction area, the hotel features 26 rooms distributed over 3 levels, plus an additional rooftop level with a garden and yoga area. The design decomposes the space into two large volumes connected centrally by a water element, embodying the essence of architecture in Tulum.

The ground floor, facing the street, includes the access area with a large double-height hall, common areas such as a gym and restaurant, and the first two apartments. Vertical circulation is facilitated by stairs and an elevator, leading to the second and third levels, each housing seven units. Three of these units offer direct views of the “art walk” in Aldea Premium, a strip of lush tropical trees. The third level features a yoga area, designed to promote a sense of complete well-being with views of the surrounding greenery.
