Located in El Cuyo, a small fishing town on the Yucatan coast, Cucú Boutique Hotel is the perfect destination for those seeking relaxation, an authentic Mexican experience, and water sports. The hotel is situated on a 970 m² lot with a first-stage construction of 470 m² distributed over two levels. Cucú Boutique Hotel features six rooms equipped with kitchens, a pool, and a surf kit school.

The design concept, developed by Paulina Villa Arquitectura, focused on maintaining the authenticity of materials in the Tulum style. Local stone was used to create a durable structure, while interior finishes include polished cements in varying shades of gray and sand, such as chukum, contrasted with tropical woods. This approach aimed to create a contemporary yet authentic environment that is well-adapted to its context. The project embodies innovative architecture, enhancing the charm and functionality of this boutique hotel in El Cuyo.
