Located in Aldea Zama, Tulum, Quintana Roo, Cristal houses, spans a 350 m² plot with a construction area of 470 m², comprising two twin houses each with two bedrooms. The design focused on material efficiency and aesthetic appeal without escalating costs. Featuring contemporary lines, stucco finishes in off-white tones, and ceramic floors, the houses are complemented by wood accents for warmth. The gardens, designed to ensure privacy, divide the houses, each with its own pool. This project exemplifies the essence of architecture of Paulina Villa Arquitectura, showcasing the potential for stylish, cost-effective houses in Tulum and building through thoughtful desing.
