Located in Macario Gomez, Tulum, Quintana Roo, Casa Fortuna sits on a 2500 m² plot, embodying the concept of "open space transformed into integration points" with the jungle ever-present. This 300 m² U-shaped house on one level features 2 rooms at each end, while the base of the U hosts the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Central to the U's open space is a swimming pool, which uses the natural elevations of the land for seamless integration. Designed amidst the Tulum jungle, Casa Fortuna also boasts a viewing tower, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape.

Intended for both vacation and personal use, the house employs materials such as polished cement, large glass panels, wooden decks, and chukum in the pool area, ensuring a harmonious blend with its natural environment. The client named the house "Fortuna" due to its U shape resembling a lucky horseshoe. Designed in 2016 and completed in 2017 by Paulina Villa Arquitectura, Casa Fortuna represents a perfect fusion of modern design and natural beauty, providing a luxurious and serene retreat in the heart of the jungle.
