Casa Enrique is a residential house located in La Privada in the residential area of Aldea Zama, Tulum, Quintana Roo; developed on a 375 m² lot with a construction area of 325 m². It features 3 bedrooms and a studio spread over 2 levels. The project came with a defined distribution and volumetry, and our task was to select finishes and furniture to reflect contemporary and fresh aesthetics. We used an “off white” color palette with white and sand tones. The stone selected was Galarza with a clean, squared cut, and the carpentry was done in Tzalam wood with a visible vertical grain. Large windows enhanced the interaction between interior and exterior spaces, creating a sense of grandeur. The furniture design incorporated muted blues as color accents. Casa Enrique showcast the expertise of Paulina Villa Arquitectura in building modern, stylish houses in Tulum.
